Return Period
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. The item should also be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Items that have been used or damaged after receipt.
- Personalized or customized products.
- Items not in their original condition, or items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Return Process

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
Exchanges
